Corny Point Caravan Park – Guest Agreement

Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm bookings.
Rates are based on two people unless otherwise stated. Extra charges apply for additional guests.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Only one RV or travel trailer is allowed per campsite.
RVs must be in good working order, insured, and presentable.

Cancellations made more than 21 days before arrival are eligible for a refund less a 20% administration fee.
Cancellations within 21 days will forfeit all payments.
No refunds for early departures, weather-related changes, or evictions due to rule violations.

All guests must respect other visitors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.
Maximum occupancy limits apply to all accommodation types.
Fires are only permitted in designated areas when fire bans are not in effect.
Do not cut, damage, or remove trees or vegetation.
Do not alter campsites (e.g., digging or installing equipment) without approval.
No parking on empty sites or roadways. The speed limit within the park is 5 kph.
Soliciting or running a business on-site without written permission is not allowed.
Rubbish must be placed in designated bins and sites must be kept tidy.

Children must be supervised at all times.
Bikes, scooters, and skateboards must be used safely.
Use of facilities must comply with posted signage (e.g., toilets, showers, camp kitchen).

Illegal drugs, fireworks, firearms, explosives, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
Alcohol must be consumed responsibly.
Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behaviour toward staff or guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No littering or unruly behaviour.

Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, or their pets.
A fee may apply for excessive cleaning, damage, or missing items.
Corny Point Caravan Park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Guests stay at their own risk. The park is not liable for injury, loss, or damage during your stay.
Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry or evict anyone not complying with park rules or behaving inappropriately.
No refunds will be issued for evictions.
We reserve the right to change these policies at any time.
